Happy Easter from Michelle and me.
Part of this Easter shoot with Michelle was sort of like a cake smash shoot. We placed her on the quilt with props and let her do her thing. I created this collage from a few of the images. It is so much fun to spend time with Michelle. At 6 1/2 months she has two teeth and is getting two more. She rolls over, sits up, crawls a little and has just started pulling up on things and waves at people. I think (dread) that she will be like her mama and be an early walker.
The other day I had just walked onto Emma's deck when Michelle saw me. Her eyes lit up, she gave me the biggest smile , and she gave me a backwards wave (more like a come get me) with both hands. I adore this baby girl.
The dress for this shoot is an original design by Tracey Salbacka.
Props: Pink Easter basket was Emma's from age 3 on. Green Basket belonged to Spencer. Stuffed yellow Easter bunny was in El Jay's first Easter basket. Other stuffed animals were meant for Roxcy. Toy chicken is part of my chicken collection. And I made the quilt while I was pregnant with Taylor in 1985. Sadly, none of my kids want or have a place for these things and they will be heading to a thrift store (I may try to sell the quilt?)
