Michelle rides in a shopping cart for the first time.
There are so many firsts happening in Michelle's life :-)
I am not there to document them all, but I am lucky enough to see a few of her firsts happening. Instead of a traditional baby book or a scrap book, we are creating Michelle's baby book thru my images on Blurb (or whatever photo book company I like after she turns one.)
I've began carrying my camera everywhere I go again and I am hoping that, not only will I get interesting images documenting Michelle's First Year, but I'll simply start shooting again.
Yesterday I got a request to view the images I took seven-years ago of the Cinedome 70 before it was torn down. I had created a couple files of those images here, but they've been password protected. I had fun searching for those images. I enjoyed watching my photography skills and style grow and change during the time I've been at Smug (2009 to present.) Sadly, I felt I saw all of that peak around the time I was first diagnosed with cancer and continue downward until about a year ago, where it has leveled off. I really need to do what I love most again, which is shooting people pictures, followed by documenting the life of the Sisterhood. this will be my legacy to my family and friends. My view of the world around me.
